I can’t find the link for the session
- Open the email account in which you signed up for Marvin
- It will most likely have been sent to your marvin.health email address which you had set up during your onboarding
- You will have received an email from john@meetmarvin.com.
- Search for the email “Upcoming Marvin Sessions”
- Open the email and you should be able to see the session details.
- You can find the link for the session where it says “Your Session URL (access at the time of the call): ”
- Keep in mind that your client's session link is unique to the client and should be the same one that you will be using together for all your future sessions together.
1. You can also find the session link on the calendar invitations for the sessions that were sent to your Marvin.health email

1. 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session, you will also be receiving an automated meeting reminder from the user-success@meetmarvin.com informing you of your upcoming session with the client and including the link to the session for your convenience. Please click the big pink "Join session!" button to be directed straight to the video session.
How to find it on TheraNest
1. Click the "Clients" tab on the top left
2. Click on the "My clients" tab on the left
3. Click the text under "Client Name" to be brought to the client's details.
4. Locate the "Preferred Name" of the client. That will always be their unique session link. Copy and paste the link details to your URL.
