What is the protocol for emergency situations?
The Marvin Safety Plan is available here, and should be completed collaboratively with the client.
Clients of Marvin can access 24/7 crisis support through our crisis line, Protocall, at (888) 404-1163. Protocall can be used for support between sessions if the therapist is unavailable. Clients may also be directed to call 911 for immediate support.
