How are clients matched with me?

Clients are auto-matched ✨ with you based upon their preferences including, but not limited to:

• Your specialization
• Background or demographics
• Your availability on Acuity
• Their therapy goals

In addition, Marvin will:

Schedule their intake session based upon the times listed in their registration, plus if requested up to 7 recurring sessions. Marvin will send you a calendar invitation via email to mark your upcoming session time, as well as a message with your session details and your personal Marvin access link for the client.

If you would ever like to schedule additional sessions, you can do so by scheduling the client via Acuity.
