How do I reschedule an appointment with my client?
Rescheduling your Marvin appointments is simple with Acuity! Follow the steps below to reschedule:
- Locate the client's session in Acuity and click on the appointment
- Select 'Reschedule'
- Select the new date and time that you need to reschedule the session to
- You can also select 'Custom' to enter in a date and time outside of your availability
- Select "Reschedule Appointment"
- The session has been successfully rescheduled!
Once the appointment is rescheduled in Acuity, the client will receive a confirmation email notifying them of the change.
Rescheduling due to Therapist Request:
- If you need to reschedule an appointment due to a change or conflict in your schedule, you must always communicate this change with the client.
- If the session needs to be rescheduled last minute or due to an emergency, you may email user-success@meetmarvin.com for any support that may be needed to reschedule the session.
